(Dilontin/Phenytoin=D/P) which nearly killed me, resulting in me being hospitalized from 7-25-96 through 7-31-96 from overdose symptoms of gross atoxia all of which they admit it was an accident.  By 7-31-96 my d/p blood level 48 was back to normal 14, so they said my atoxia should be gone also.  They decided to do some brain x-rays on me to see what type of cerebellar damage the overdose may have caused, but later abandoned the idea decided to take the easier way out and claim I was making my atoxia.</div> <bR> <div> Since then the Wisconsin Department of Corrections has done everything to successfully conceal the fact that they permanently crippled me with atoxia.  The Wisconsin Department of Corrections  has and continues to use atrocious diabolical ways to try to make me walk independently and physically abused me on dozens of occasions, deprived me of food for days and even months straight In the hole in a cage 24 hours a day for approximately two years straight with no showers, recreation, or contact with others.  They made me crawl on my hands in these in public and deprive me of my personal visits and messed with my mail, they frequently trash might cage and stole my legal property  and taught me with death threats and racial slurs daily.  The list this perpetuates an this is no joke.</div> <bR> <div> They finally gave me a walker for my atoxia on 9-14-98, but they took it from me indefinitely on 4-28-99 because of my inability to carry or use it when navigating the stairs which is impossible for me to do.  Without anything to lean on a walking assistance will surely fall down, after one to two independent steps.  The Wisconsin Department of Corrections staff watch the fall and laugh at me an point at me.  This is very humiliating !  The Super Max Correctional Institution staff don't help me walk, but instead try to make me fall while having me cuffed behind my back or to a waist belt, while wearing shackles.  This has been going on for years and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections are not giving me anything for this atoxia that they gave me.  A few doctors have since applied for brain x-rays for me but the medical director denied all their requests.</div> <bR> <div> Every day my legs, hips, and back are in horrible pain, and I'm suffering every day from severe emotional distress due to them permanently crippling me.  They refused to give me back my walker or give me anything to help me get around.  They instead try to make me fall so they can laugh afterwards.</div> <bR> <div> I appreciate any medical information on this type of overdose in its adverse effects on the brain so that I can try to understand what's wrong with me.  Also any intervention from anyone you know in the medical field and who's willing to read my medical file will be greatly appreciated.</div> <bR> <div> On July 12 of 2001 I witnessed the Green Bay Correctional Institution staff effectively murder my friend Kelvin Jackson a few yards away from me in the hole.  He had a two hour seizure than ended with his life.  For those two hours I demanded that they give him medical care, but they kept telling me he wasn't getting anything because he was faking a seizure.  By the time I finally convinced them to go inside his cage and check on him, he was already dead.  I openly cooperated with outside investigators in regards to his murder, thus, as a result, said Staff  retaliated against me by fabricating conduct reports against me.  A staff member entered my cage and slipped on a piece of paper on my floor Thomas Bell, allegedly injured his knee, and then they charge me with battering him.</div> <bR> <div>  SMCI staff are scandalous and obdurate.  From August 22 thousand one every morning they deprive me of pain medication because I didn't have any pants on.  For December 9, 2001 through December 13, 2001 I was deprived of all my meals and medication because I had a towel on my head to relieve pain.  From December 13, 2001 to December 19, 2001 hours deprived of all my meals and medication because I wouldn't sit on the floor, which would have exaggerated my pain in my legs and back and hips.  They also deprive me of two meals on December 22, 2001 in all of my meals and medication for December 26, 2001 to January 16, 2002.  On December 22, 2001 and all of my meals and medication  for December 12, 2001 through January 16, 2002.  On December 10, 2001 I weighed 162 lbs.
